Will my smart home work without wifi or Internet?
Yes, Light switches, door locks, and curtain motors (together with their pre-set automation) can still work as normal, just that you can’t control them via your phone.

Will my smart home congest my network?
No, most of our smart home devices use Zigbee protocol, which is a separate network.

When do I need wifi and internet?
You will only need wifi and internet if you wish to control smart devices via your phone or when configuring new automation.

Do I need strong Wi-Fi coverage in my home?
Ideally yes as it ensures stability of devices. However as most of our devices are connected to the hub via Zigbee, you will only need a strong wifi coverage where your hubs are connected.

Do smart switches work with 2-way switches?
Yes, we can set it up exactly as your previous light switches.

Do I need neutral wiring for a smart home?
Neutral or No-Neutral wiring is ok for our smart home devices. We will configure it for you.

Can I buy the devices separately and set them up myself?
Yes. We also provide installation services for harder installation like door locks.

Is there a warranty for my smart home devices?
Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty for all of our smart home devices. There is also a 1-year care plan service for those who bought our installation packages.
