What smart home system are you using?As an authorized Aqara dealer in Kuching, we provide Aqara (Global) products for entry-level smart home automation systems. For high-end smart home systems, we offer solutions with Savant and Lutron.

What happens if I have problems after the installation?We offer one year of complimentary after-sales service. Feel free to reach out to us anytime if you encounter any issues.

What should I do if issues arise post-installation?All our Aqara products come with a one-year warranty. If there are any issues with the product, we'll promptly provide you with one-on-one replacement service.

What happens if my Wi-Fi network is unstable? Will it affect my smart home?Since most of our products utilize Zigbee technology, they rely less on Wi-Fi. Even if Wi-Fi is interrupted, the products we've previously programmed for you will still function normally. Lights will still switch on and off according to the scheduled times, and curtains will still automatically open and close with a gentle pull. Only remote control functionality will be unavailable as it requires Wi-Fi connectivity.
